Zander is 7 months

This year is flying by. Zander is changing so much. He is a mellow and happy little guy. My favorite thing is to hear him complain, it cracks me up. He is definitely getting more vocal. He says dada and mama, is so close to crawling (he gets on all fours and rocks back and forth) and can scoot himself forward now (he only knew how to go in reverse). He loves getting tastes of whatever we are eating and he loves to be entertained by his brothers. He also has his first tooth about to break through. This last month he has FINALLY graduated into his own crib in the boys room since I have been able to put him on a schedule. He sleeps from 8:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. I am in heaven, I love my sleep and it is so nice to have our room back!

My Mother's Day

Every year on Mother's day weekend our church has a Father and Son Camp out. Jeff took Zackery and Zane and they had a great time. I enjoyed the quiet night with Zander.



They liked playing in the tent more than sleeping. They told Jeff at 8:30 P.M. that it was dark and they wanted to lay down. An hour later they got out and joined the bonfire. At 10:30 P.M. (after a lot of chocolate, cookies, and marshmallows) they were still not ready to go to bed.

I love fresh flowers and plants and I got a lot this Mother's Day. This is my Mother's Day and Anniversary bouquet.
My favorite gift was my card from Zane. In Nursery at church they took pictures of the kids and Zane's was so precious. I don't know if he was posed or not but he is just so cute!

6 Blissful Years

Yesterday was our 6 year Anniversary. It has gone fast, I don't feel like we have been married that long, but I feel like I have always known Jeff if that makes sense. Some of the things I love about Jeff is that he is such a hard worker. He amazes me that he can work full time and do his MBA full time and still find time to spend with me and the boys. I love his personality, he is very likable and has a positive outlook on life. He is patient and loving and a wonderful husband and great dad. I love that he does all the jobs around the house that I don't like to do (like take out the trash and fill our Brita every night). I love that he makes me want to be a better person. I love that I will be married to him forever!

Brotherly Love?

My boys really do love each other, they just fight a lot, in fact, all the time! Zackery has been going for Zane's face lately. He scratches and pinches. Well last night he got Zane right in the eye. I think he scratched him under his eye lid because the eye itself looks good. This morning this is what Zane woke up with. Notice the scratches on his nose too.
