Tummy Time

Zander is so cute, how can you not love this face?

Gotta love the balding spots. His newborn hair is starting to fall out and blond hair has already started growing in, too bad you can't really see it so he just looks like he is balding.

Christmas Photos

The boys went around the neighborhood to hand out treats with grandma and wore these cute "Berry Christmas" hats. They were so cute.

The boys got so many toys for Christmas.

This is my sister Amber, a.k.a fashionista!

How cute is my dad? He got a air compressor he was really excited about.

I get complaints that I am not pictured enough on this blog, so here I am.

Zane got a box full of toys, he loved it!

Zackery loves to play on our Laptop so Great Grandpa B got him his own computer. He was so excited. Don't you just love this expression? He is so funny.

Merry Christmas

Here are some pictures we took for our Christmas Card this year. Jeff gets the boys laughing so hard. Every time I look at these pictures it makes me smile.

I love the look on Zander's face in this last one. He wasn't too into taking pictures. This is one of the last ones we took.

I decided to post my Christmas letter this year because more people see my blog than I send cards out to. Hope you enjoy!

Merry Christmas 2008
This has been an exciting year for the Andrew Family. The biggest news of the year is the birth of our 3rd son, Zander Eli Andrew, born on October 20th. Zander is a mellow little guy who is gooing and smiling all the time. He is such a joy to have in our family.

Zane (2) makes us laugh all the time. He definitely has his own unique personality. He says the funniest things and loves to yell everything he has to say. He doesn’t do it in anger he just likes to yell. He will even yell, “I love you” to mommy. He loves music and dancing to music. He loves singing at church and will sing his ABC’s and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star any time you ask, and even when you don’t.

Zackery (3) is turning into one great big brother. He is very protective of his little brothers and is often sharing with Zane. He is now officially potty trained. Halleluiah! Tiffany did not like having 3 in diapers for that few weeks. He has been going pee pee on the potty for 6 months now and this last month and a half he finally conquered #2. Woo Who! He is also a lot more helpful. He can dress himself and likes to make his own breakfast (even though he should still have some help on that one).

Tiffany is getting used to having 3. Some days it seems like total chaos and nothing gets done around the house but she is acclimating quite well. She enjoys scrap booking, embroidering, taking naps and reading when she gets a chance. She spends a lot of time updating our family blog.

Jeff has started his Masters degree in Business Administration through Ashford University located in Iowa. He is still working at UCSD Hospital in the Admissions Department. At church he teaches the Sunbeams (3-4 year old children) with Tiffany.

As a family we have enjoyed countless visits to the beach, meeting up with two of Jeff’s brothers in L.A. to play and traveling to Arizona to visit Tiffany’s sister. Tiffany was thrilled to get her van this year (05’ Toyota Sienna), which made these trips a lot more comfortable.

We are looking forward to all we have planned for next year, starting with most of Jeff’s family coming out next month for Zander’s Blessing. It should be an eventful one we won’t forget!

We send our love to you and hope that you will have a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.
Love,
Jeff, Tiffany, Zackery, Zane and Zander

Zander is 2 Months Old!

This last month has definitely gone by much faster than his first. I can't believe Zander is already two months old. He is such a smiley little guy and so much more alert. He is still a bobble head but he is getting stronger everyday. It is so fun to have a little cuddly guy around.

He is such a mini Jeff it cracks me up.

Here is a copy of his birth announcement so those who didn't get one in the mail can see.

Christmas Party

We had our ward Christmas Party on Saturday night and the boys were able to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas. Zackery told me he wanted to ask Santa for cars, but once he saw the Big Jolly Man he got a little shy.

It also seems that lately everyone has been telling me that Zander is a mini Jeff. Here they are at the party. What do you think?

Santa gave Zane a candy cane and he really enjoyed it!

First Dentist Visit

On Tuesday Zackery got to go to the dentist for the first time. I was surprised at how well he did. He walked to the back like he owned the place, was so cooperative as they looked at his teeth, counted them and polished them. He got a good report for how well his teeth look for a 3 year old. He was also so polite. When the dental assistant gave him a toothbrush, he said in his high little voice, "Oh, Thank You!" It is moments like these that assure me that some of the things I am trying to teach him are sticking.

Here are both the boys with their toothbrushes and Zackery showing us his lovely teeth.

I had to include this bottom picture. I get up with Zander throughout the night, obviously, but when 6 A.M. or so rolls around Jeff offers to take him since I don't need to feed him for another hour. Then I get to sleep for that precious last hour before I have to get up. This is the two of them a few days ago. How cute are they?

Changing so quickly

Zander is changing so much everyday. Here are a few pictures I have taken the last few days. Here is cute picture I got of all three boys on the couch.

He is still such a chill little guy. This last picture of Jeff caught him smiling. It doesn't even look like Zander to me. Did you notice the orange tint to his hair, it is changing to red but I still think he will turn out to be blonde like Zack and Zane.

Day at the Zoo

My sister, Crystal, and her family came for Thanksgiving and we all
went to the Zoo. Here we are on the bus.

Here are my two little bugs. It is appropriate that Zackery is the spider and Zane the fly, no need to say more.

Poor grandma after a long morning.

I loved this picture. Zackery loves Jadyn and playing with his cousin. This was so cute of the two of them in the jogging stroller.

It is beggining to look a lot like Christmas!

I don't why I am so excited for Christmas this year, probably because both Zackery and Zane are really looking forward to it. I couldn't wait until after Thanksgiving to start decorating. Plus Jeff will be working all day on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and I had him home this last Saturday to help me get all the decorations out. We had told Zackery that we were going to decorate for Christmas and so all morning he was asking for Christmas.

Two or Three years ago Jeff's mom gave us a train set to put under the tree. This is the first year we have set it up and the boys LOVE it!

Zander is 1 Month

Zander is One Month old today. Jeff asked me if it has gone fast and my answer was, "No, not really." I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE sleep, so it has been hard for me to have to wake up twice in the night to feed him. I so look forward to the day when he will no longer be in our room and will sleep through the night!
Zander is so much more alert now and prefers to see what is going on. He is starting to focus on us but still only smiles when he is falling asleep. He is such a mellow little guy.

Day at the Museums

On Tuesday we went down to Balboa Park to visit the museums. It was a RS activity that I dragged Jeff along to because he was home and I could use his help. We had a good time going through the Japanese Gardens, the Museum of Art and the Museum of Man.

The boys enjoyed playing at the park afterward.

Also on Saturday we enjoyed an afternoon at the bay and a yummy BBQ. We didn't take many pictures but I thought I would share this one of my Aunt RaNae, Dad and Grandpa watching the boats go by. It was a beautiful day. It was sunny with a breeze and about 84 degrees. Can you believe that in November? I love living in San Diego!

Such a good sport

Jeff is such a good sport. I have these cute matching vests for him and the boys and he gladly wears it with them. I have such handsome guys in my life.

Zander being cute

Dad and Zander having some tummy time

Zander is looking more like Zackery than Zane, I think. The pictures above are of Zander. This next picture below is of Zackery when he was born.

This last one is of Zane when he was born.

Okay, I know they all look similar now that I have them all together. They definitely get their own look in a few months.
