Zander is One Month old today. Jeff asked me if it has gone fast and my answer was, "No, not really." I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE sleep, so it has been hard for me to have to wake up twice in the night to feed him. I so look forward to the day when he will no longer be in our room and will sleep through the night!
Zander is so much more alert now and prefers to see what is going on. He is starting to focus on us but still only smiles when he is falling asleep. He is such a mellow little guy.

Happy 1 month birthday to Zander and Happy 20-something birthday to YOU! I hope you didn't think I would forget...(being 363 days apart and all)! I hope you had a great day and I wish sleep to you soon! I miss you lots and wish we could be closer so that we could celebrate together like the good ol' days. He totally looks mellow. I love his hair. I hope you get sleep soon, too. Running on little or no sleep (or interrupted sleep) is terrible!
What a cutie! I can't believe that hair, my kids are usually bald until they are a few months old. I hear you on the sleep thing, Luke has just been sleeping through the night the past 6 days or so! Something my Mom said after my first has always helped me with those late night feedings. She said, "I always loved the time I had with the babies during the middle of the night. Allthough I was tired, it was the only time that I had him/her to myself with no distractions." And it is true. Good luck to you both, and congrats.
