Hawn Reunion

A few weeks ago we had a reunion with my mom's side of the family. There are so many relatives on her side that I met for the first time. The reunion went really well and I think everyone had a good time.
On Friday night we had a yummy Mexican dinner. My grandma sang some songs and provided the entertainment.


Saturday was a full day at the bay. There was bike riding, volleyball, kite flying and even buried treasure for the kids.


The highlight of the day was an awesome ride on the Seal! The Seal is San Diego's version of The Duck (a bus that drives into the bay).


I had never been on one of these adventures before and it was so much fun. We got an awesome view of Downtown San Diego.


There is also a floating live bait dock that is a hub for Sea Lions and Birds looking for a free meal.


In the evening we had some Polynesian Dancing. Here are the guys learning some Hula.

It was a good weekend.
