A few weeks ago before all the rain, when it was in the high 70s and gorgeous, Jeff and I took the kids to La Jolla Cove and the tide pools.

The boys had fun climbing the trees and playing in the dirt. Zander loved this spot and spent a long time just sitting there digging. The boys were little monkey climbing the low trees.

The boys really like touching the sea anemones and watching them close up.
They also liked watching the waves.

That is so beautiful! We miss it so much!! I love what you've done with your blog.... how do you get your own font?!
That looks like so much fun. I would love to be able to take my kids to see tidal pools. How fun is that. Your kids are so cute.
So that looks like a terrible way to spend a winter guys. You look so miserable without your snow suits on. I would just hate to swap places with you. Living in a freezer with the worst air in the country is waaaay better than that crappy fresh sea breeze and warm weather in Cali.
