Today is a very "special day", as Zackery would put it. Today my oldest stared Kindergarten. I have been so excited to have Zack start school and have been looking forward to this day, but I have to admit I did get a little teary eyed.
When did this kid get so big?
We had the teacher meet and greet yesterday, here he is in front of the school.
He was fine and ready to go, he didn't even look back as the class walked away. I had to yell his name to get him to turn to look at me. I am going to miss him during the day, he is such a good helper and the only one who listens and obeys (I need to work on the other two boys :)

Oh we loved Sunset Hills . . . maybe because of the teacher. Who did he get? Hannah had Mrs. Amberg (who I think teaches another grade now?) and Mrs. Doremus. They were really great. Hope he enjoys it!!
